These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android application Graveyard Keeper 2 Guide (package com.oniapp.gyk2guide) and the website https://gk2.liteshoper.com (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Unofficial fan companion

The App is an unofficial fan-made companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lazy Bear Games, tinyBuild, or any other rights holder of Graveyard Keeper / Graveyard Keeper 2. All game names, characters, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as allowed by law.
• Do not misuse the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to interfere with ads, analytics, or security features.

4. Content accuracy

Guide text, map pins, databases, and other reference material are provided for convenience and may contain errors or become outdated as the game updates. Use the App at your own risk. Always verify important in-game decisions yourself.

5. Advertising

The free App is supported by advertisements served via Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control every ad shown. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data.

6. Intellectual property

App software, original guide writing, and site materials (excluding third-party game IP) are owned by the developer / LiteShoper or used under license. Game assets and names remain property of their copyright holders.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing or updating the App at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations) will survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
